BollySpill ("BollySpill", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website bollyspill.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect. BollySpill is a content website that does not require an account to browse. We do not ask for or store names, passwords, or payment details. 2. Cookies and tracking. BollySpill does not currently show third-party advertising. 4. Affiliate links. Some articles (for example, fashion and style coverage) may contain affiliate links, such as to Amazon. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, BollySpill may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored/nofollow and never affect our editorial coverage.
5. Third-party platforms. The Service links to third-party platforms, including TikTok. When you follow those links or interact with embedded content, the privacy policies of those platforms apply to any data they collect. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to bollyspill.com.
6. Data retention. Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and is then deleted or anonymised.
7. Children's privacy. The Service is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
